Our work for Universal at last month’s Licensing Expo in Las Vegas has been selected as a featured project on the Retail Design Blog! Thanks again to the RDB, who have been kind enough to feature three of our projects this year, including our store design for I.Martin Bicycles in Los Angeles and our booth design for Viacom at MIPCOM in Cannes, France.

We’re back from Licensing Expo in Las Vegas, and it was a great show for both of our clients, Universal and DHX. The show, which aims to connect “the worlds’ most influential entertainment, character, fashion, art and corporate brand owners with consumer goods manufacturers, licensees and retailers,” is always an exciting project for us to be a part of. This year, our booth for Universal featured several sleek new updates, including a touch screen interactive ‘Minions’ game, eight updated meeting suites and conference rooms, new finishes, and more.
Here’s a few new shots of the booth. Enjoy!
It’s not every day that we find ourselves in Bentonville, Arkansas. However, when our client Universal asked us to help them present their upcoming film properties, ‘The Minions’ and ‘Jurassic World,’ to Walmart at their headquarters in Bentonville, we jumped at the chance.
Both films are slated for release in 2015, and we like to think our presentation gave the folks at Walmart a little taste of that Universal/LA movie magic.
As you can see from the pics below, the presentations went off without a hitch and made quite the impression. So, moral of the story is, if anyone needs a last minute event producer, exhibit designer, or even a life-size-dinosaur-head-modeler or minion suit model (ok, we weren’t actually inside the suits), you know who to call…
